Did both 6 hours ago with no answer. Presale starts is 9 minutes. Well the sale started and no code. I better get a refund.I was promised a chance at tickets and was not given one. Back to work now.

I will be out of town during the ticket sale on Monday,so I became a paid member. I followed the instructions.Logged out and back in,cleared cookies........ I have access to the paid member section,so something worked right. I checked the tour page and dont have my presale code. It has been 12 hours and the sale begins in 6. Please help.
