Subscriber Query

Hi I have been a subscriber for many many years but cannot remember how many!
 

However I do remember that when I first subscribed I was a member of the Red Hill Group which then dictated the pre sale ticket window

My annual subscription expired on the 6th October 2024 and I have just there now renewed for 24/25. However on my profile page there was no mention of the Red Hill Group.

I am assuming that this has now changed at some stage which I have not picked up on, is this the case? That said it looks like for presale all subscribers are now treated equal irrespective of the length of their membership 

Am I correct in this, thanks

Don left of your account page just above  red ‘RENEW SUBSCRIPTION’ button is your Priority Access Group (which replaces older terminology)
