  1. Hi

I have 2 GA/Pelouse tickets for each/either night in Paris Im looking to sell. They're hard paper tickets.

I'm in the U.K. currently so willing to post to other UK addresses otherwise I'll be in Dublin so can meet there or I will have friends in Paris I can send them with.

    Face value of course

  2. Fine print- there's always fine print isn't there. Doesn't make it any less crappy.

Thanks for the replies. Frustrating as I would never have bought them in the first place had I known they were behind the stage and not opposite e-stage, and then to have paid double for them... Ouch!

  3. Been lookin at ticket availability for the last couple of night and just discovered that tickets I paid £165 for when they first came on sale are currently being sold for £90!

Are they allowed to do that?

TBH I was pretty disappointed with them anyway - when I purchased them it seems I misinterpreted the map as I thought they were e-stage end when actually they're behind the main stage.

Can't believe that they would charge £165 (£185 incl fees) for seats pretty much smack behind the stage! Not surprised they dropped the Price but seems unfair having already sold them at a higher rate.

Has this happened to anyone else - the area in referring to is block 114.

Do you think I have any recourse to complain or ask for a partial refund?

  4. Hi. Due to a cancelled credit card, we've been given hard GA tickets for tonight. We have a spare though which we want to sell - we're in line already but as its a hard ticket you don't have to come in with us. If anyone wants it and can make it down to the venue before 5 to take it off us, let me know. Face value of course (£65)

  5. Hi. I have 2 great pairs of seats for sale for Friday 30th October - top category seats so £370 for a pair (incl all fees).

One pair is in block 404, row E and the other pair is in block 114, row P.

I have hard tickets in hand so can hand them over of the day or before.

    PM me if you're interested

  6. Hi all

I have seats for 30th October but it turns out my sister is also going and has GA.  Would love to be with her so either looking to outright buy 2 GA or to swap for the pair of seats I have in block 404.

I also have 2 Paris GA for the 10th that I would be willing to swap for these London GA.

Any takers please let me know via PM.

    Thanks

Bigwave - what if I used my 2015 code for US shows but paid to re-up through 2016 before the Dublin announcement? I should get another pre-sale code for my re-up to use for Dublin, correct? Or is that not correct?

think that is what digsy was asking too - I think we will have to wait to see on that one, I have a feeling that anyone who has fully used a code to see a show so far this tour will not be eligible - even if you have resubscribed again. I could be wrong on that as I agree its not crystal clear. Will dig into that...

Thanks Bigwave.  I'm hoping your initial feeling is wrong - seems a little cheeky to still have been advertising re-subscription as giving pre-sale access if that wasn't going to be the case.  I've resubscribed purely to keep my experience status running and to gain presale access, so to have paid for all that to be moot is frustrating.

Anyway, we wait and see and cross fingers for good news, thanks again for the udpates so far, looking forward to seeing how this turns out.

I used my presale code last year but renewed my membership a couple of months ago so I should get a new code right (they still sell it as "hey this gets you presale access")

check out last bit of my last post digsy :

Q – I became a new subscriber after the announcement of the Irish dates, can I take part in the Belfast/Dublin presale?

A – No. With limited capacity for the Irish dates, presales are only open to people who had subscribed BEFORE the announcement at 11pm on September 8th. Please enter the public onsale for tickets beginning on Monday Sep 14th.

Sorry bigwave, I'm not understanding. Is that a yes or a no? I feel like there's conflicting clauses - if you've used a Presale code for i+e previously you can't use one this time (I did last year but have since renewed) vs if you subscribed before announcement you can join presale (which I also did having resubscribed in August).

A little confused as to which side of these two I fall.

Latest update from TM. Once again, very helpful.... (not)

    Hi Kasper,

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. I have reached out to our local office to confirm the information we have, and they have advised us that for the specific tickets you purchased, the limit is 2 per household, not per fan. I am sorry that you received incorrect information. If you were over the ticket limit, unfortunately there is nothing we can do to get those tickets back as you did agree to our terms of use, which includes a section about the ticket limits. If you have any other questions or concerns, please reply to this email, or give us a call at 1-800-653-8000.

    Thanks for being a fan!

Just out of curiosity, has anyone actually seen or read the terms and conditions where it says "per household"? TM say you agreed to it but I don't actually recall seeing it anywhere, but then I haven't scoured the fine print either.
