Will there be seats at the general admission floor section? I just purchased mine GAFL, and it mentions a row and seats numbers. I thought the whole floor was going to be a standing section. Confused!

I'm not a paid member of U2 site, so I'm going to be purchasing my tickets when they go on sale to the general public here in the U.S. I was wondering if they will put any general admission tickets for sale for the general public as well? I've been to Elevation and 360 tour and was able to get a general admission for 360, hoping to have the same luck this time for the Joshua tree tour.
