  1. A friend struggled with getting GA's in the Wires group for Dallas.  He went ahead and got 2 for section 300.  Later in the day, when GA's were released (still not sure the reasoning here), he did get 2 GA's.   He called Ticketmaster and they refunded him the section 300 tickets and allowed him to get 2 more GA's.  A very stressful day ended up a good day for him.  Glad Ticketmaster was able to help my buddy.

  2. We have our GA's, can't wait!   This will a great thread for pre/post-show meet ups. Also we can share info on getting in line, etc.  On the last tour in Boston, we were able to get in line early, get a number on our hand, leave for most of the day, and then get back in line at 5 or so.  I hope this is how we do it in Arlington.

  3. Well, my wife was sold tickets that didn't exist. Loge 9, row 8 stops at seat 10. We were sold seats 16 & 17!! We weren't the only ones that this happened to. They appeased her by allowing her onto the floor, but that's a MAJOR price difference. We contacted Ticketmaster and haven't heard anything back.

Kind of crappy selling phantom seats.

  4. I'm personally getting to the arena at 8 or 9 Friday morning with my son.  I'm going to get the lay of the land.  We might check in Thursday afternoon to get a definitive answer on how the GA line is being or going to be handled.

I am HOPING we can get our wristbands, and be able to leave (to do touristy stuff) and come back to line up at 4.

News that any spot on the floor is a good one helps ease my anxiety (a little bit.)  I want my son's first concert experience to be a good one!

  5. Just saw this post thanks!

I sure hope we'll be able to get our spot, go chill somewhere, and get back in line at 4 or 5 ish. That's what most other cities have done, right?

How many previous cities have had the 'fan run' GA lines?
