Changing the subject somewhat, I asked this on the NYC page, but, I want to start rail in RZ for a few songs then go over to e-stage. What are the chances I can get e-stage rail or one back if I go over after only a few songs into the show? And then if I go back to RZ main stage after the first few songs at e-stage will I be able to get rail or close again? Does it seem like people are migrating or are they parking?

I have RZ for Friday night. I'm planning on getting there early if I can. If I get rail at MAIN stage for the first few songs and then want to move over to e-stage before they're done at main stage, do I have any shot at rail at e-stage?

Ok, what concerns me about this is, it says "TICKET IN HAND" - but my ticket is an eTicket!
-
awesome, thanks! I wonder how they decide who to pick?
-
Hi all, does anyone know, whoever they pick from the audience to play guitar doing it at the e stage or the main stage, and have they all actually known how to PLAY guitar?
-
My friend told me it's only like 5 minutes.

FWIW, I got there around 11am both Saturday and Sunday (7.18 and 7.19), and I was on the rail one night and 1 back from the rail the other.
Wow. How many others were there at that time then?
-
sooo, getting back on topic, even though I know you guys are all stressing about your ticket situation, and I can understand that, but....
how was RZ in NYC the first two nights? Who got rail at main stage and when did you line up??
-
Does anyone know if this means that Red Zone in NYC is ticketless even though GA is not?
Thank you
I don't have an actual ticket, and never did, i have a thing on my phone to show, an eticket. For Red Zone on 7/31 in NYC. I got it on Ticketmaster on the day of the sale.

funnily enough, I just got the Tim McGraw VIP email AND the U2 one because I forgot they're at MSG starting Sat. Anyway, here it is:

Way too soon. I don't think the emails go out till a few days before. I'm going 7/31 and don't have anything from them yet.
i'm going to see Tim McGraw this SATURDAY and STILL haven't gotten the VIP email, so, they're not very quick on this stuff in general.
-
So great that you got up there!! What a thrill, to watch everyone on stage. And thank you Bono for telling fans to stop recording it and just BE IN the moment!!
Any show I go to, no matter who it is, I make sure to put down the damn phone and just WATCH. With my own eyes!! We spend all this money for these shows and then spend so much time futzing, clicking and checking to see if it was ok and before you know it, the song is over, the show is over. I hope he keeps doing this every show (and for my show of course!)
-
If I remember I will cut and paste the email on here when I get it in later July, or perhaps someone else might too.
-
Yeah, I haven't gotten anything yet either. Sounds like it's usually only a few days before. But they did finally update the seating chart with the RZ location. Big help that is now, lol.

Hey, new to this forum. I just got Red Zone tickets for MSG on July 26th, so psyched! I am curious about what's on the tickets-it says "RZ1 North Gn Adm VIP3". Are all the Red Zone tickets marked VIP or are these ticks something a level up from regular Red Zone? On sites like stubhub I see Red Zone tickets being sold and in the description sometimes it says GA, or GA1, or VIP.
How'd you get them? Is it an actual ticket or eticket? I got one but when they went on sale, so mine has either 1 or 2, I forget.
-
Interesting. I have mine, but for those still looking, if you have the time, keep checking cuz stuff seems to just pop up on Ticketmaster now and again!
-
300 people in one side for Red Zone?? Are you sure about that? I thought it was supposed to be 50 a side?
-
Thanks for the info! Sounds like they were just fine with the way it worked out, so that's good.
-
cool, thanks! How'd you find out you won?
-
Great review, thanks so much!!
Did the two ladies who won the tour have to give up their spots though?
-
I'd like to know what it entails too. Someone has to get picked each night, so if we're lucky it's someone on here who will give us the scoop.
Line for GA for MSG?
