bigwave, I´ve trying since the presale opened, and nothing, the popup to enter the presale code simply does not appear to me. I have uptaded windows, chrome, explorer, firefox, flash and popups are free in any browser. I have rebooted my laptop twice, I have even tried on my son´s pc. Nothing. Nada.

The account was only set up yesterday. Was fine before I went to bed, now it's telling me to upgrade?

I see that whole process. When click that final find tickets that's when I get the pop up saying none available

Thank you for your query, as said above - I have been trying for over 2 hours now and the site simply will not let me purchase tickets - just get the message repeating that tickets are not available, regardless of which option I select. Yes go to ticket master and their site works fine, but only seats up in the rafters... Any suggestions welcomed!

Does he need to elaborate, plenty of people can't buy tickets, when others seeing plenty available. See the London thread as well

 

I just updated the London thread - need to be more specific so we can assist best we can, just moaning does not help.

As far as I know, the only euro gigs that seem to do the creditcard entry thing is the O2 London.

 

Everyone else is either doing hardcopy ticket, e-ticket or mobile ticket.

glasgow ga is also paperless (credit card entry)

just tried from 2 separate computers and there are plenty available for O2...

could be a flash based issue (your computer flash up to date?) as i noticed you need to enter code on entry to the AXS page - & make sure you are following the correct link from the http://www.u2.com/tour page, AND you are in the eXPERIENCE group )code will start U215A....

i had paid in november 2014 for a full supscribtion...got an invoice with   a number and with the conformation of the payment...now..i want to buy my 2 tickets...and my account info said that i had to upgrade?? Again ???? What went wrong?

I've been a paid member since 2005 but the last 3 renawals i have had some sort of lapse because I never seem to get the email notifying me that my membership is set to expire.. I was a paid active member when songs of innocence was released but had a lapse sometime after.. Not sure where I stand for this presale..

so disappointed. they gave me a innocence presale code for friday..

Ok. I was a paid subscriber with renewal on dec 27.. I got my email with my eXPERIENCE code... So I figure "ok I'll renew now cus I need to anyway, and then I'll get another code" doesn't look like it that is the case. I still only have the one code. So, is my code now good for 4 tickets..?

Or should I have got a fresh new account to get a iNNOCENCE code ... Looks like I'm gonna have to shell out 50 more mucho bucks for another code... How the heck are we supposed to see a set of shows with only 2 tickets???

The FAQs tells you to renew and you'll get a code cus all paid up subscribers get a code...

Missleading isn't cool man.. Or try not to be as clear as mud...

I want to support my band and do the right thing... But not get double charged...

On top of travel costs and hotels...

only one code per subscription per tour leg (though your latest subscription will still be valid should the tour extend into 2016 and you will receive a new code for that nearer the time)

So it appears that it's not about how long you've followed the band / been a member, more about when you upgrade another subscription to this site. That's interesting.

 

And only 2 tickets per person it seems, so tough for my son and his gf.
