You should have at least 1 ticket left with each code... if you want more details, please contact the Customer Support Service, either by using the Contact Us form in the HELP page (http://www.u2.com/help) or via a phone call (1-800-615-1324 [inside the US] +001-949-333-4820 [outside the US]). Considering it's an issue of certain urgency, I would recommend calling them... Have in hand all and any email about your subscription you previously received and explain as clear and concise as possible the issue...

  14. It's way safer to buy the tickets with the same card... you could try with different cards, but be aware that it could make the process flagged and you could risk a cancellation...
  15. You should be OK to use the code... it will take a bit to get your email verified, but everything should be sorted in a few hours. Any possible issue (unlikely but in the realm of the possible), contact us ASAP...
  16. You will get a new code for any possible future tour... These new dates are an extension of a tour for which you used the code... so, no new code...
