    When I walk in the office, I expect a hi, good morning not my boss to throw a report of who stopped by my desk in the last 20 minutes. geezzzz some people are so rude, and annoying!

      I went to pilates and I feel better ! :) I did lots of breathing. I was considering buying a punching bag for the office but now I just feel sorry for my co workers who have zero people skills and tryint not to take it personally. thanks for the advice!! :)

    Yesterday I found a podcast I saved in my computer. It is Bono , The Rolling Stones Interview. There are 7 parts! Awesome find. I forgot I had it!
