      if you have a 2020 subscription (check the FAQ on https://www.u2.com/help  for details on that) you should be able to watch it. If you still cant, delete cookies and cache, log off from U2.com, log in back and go directly to the stream page.
      Let us know if this works.

      same problem for me here in NY. am subscribed to jan 2021. cache cleared, still only seeing the trailer. SO disappointed
