    7.30 PM Vancouver time... Isn't that when the opening act starts? Would not surprise me if U2 comes on between 8:30pm-9:00pm pacific time. For those outside of the USA/Canada, Vancouver is in the pacific time zone which is -8 hours from the Universal Time Zone. There isn't any opening act... just U2...
