I sent an email to their customer service, and they replied that they didn't register any abnormality during the presale and the codes are the U2 Fan Club responsibility and I should contact the U2 Fan Club directly.

How do I forward this email to you privately? The correspondence is in Portuguese. Actually, every single fan who complained to them got the same answer. Pretty disrespectful to us.

just hover over my image (not pretty I know) - and hit 'message' icon

I am sorry, I don't mean to be rude, but all the fans were forced to do that because U2.com broke the multiple purchase policy at the first place.

Many loyal fans relied on their remaining quota and got caught unawares during the presale.

And just letting you know, I've contacted the ticket site and they blamed U2.com, and I just saw that yourself just blamed the ticket site for the problem.

WHOSE FAULT IS THAT? I see that U2.com changed the multiple purchases policy for Brazil overnight which make me draw some conclusions myself.

All I know is that only the fans were harmed. I'm a member since 2010 and I sincerely feel deeply deluded.

can you PM me who you spoke to from the ticket site? Please forward all correspondence and I can forward on - in what way did they blame U2.com?

The very same thing happened to me. I've contacted TFF and they also replied that everything went well and they didn't detect any issue (I guess when they wrote this message they were laughing at us). I also sent an e-mail to U2.com and they haven't replied yet.

It seems we were all victims of a big scam, forcing long-term fans to purchase more subscriptions. That was the only possible way to buy tickets that day, getting new codes.

U2.com, what are you gonna do about this? Probably nothing, you just got $50 from each one of hundreds of loyal fans. Why should bother, right?

good place to put a reminder, that each member / subscriber is allowed ONE active subscription only to U2.com. If people are found to be abusing this rule they are in danger of having subscription revoked and / or tickets cancelled. If in doubt please read Terms + Conditions on U2.com.

Yes ! still a rumour but you have to fix this problem BEFORE the rumour become a TRUE !

Because many people made u2.com  subscription to get Red Zone ticket and Nobody could get them because TicketsforFun and U2.com Codes failing.

    Thanks

quite aware of that, and we helped a lot of fans eventually get sorted out - that was not a u2.com issue, it was a failing of the ticket site.
