  1. Just watched the replay of Bigwave's chat on the Crystal Ballroom Periscope. I found the topic of whether people were involved in forums previous to the new technology very interesting. I haven't been active online until this tour, really. I've peeked in some, but find the forums sort of boggish and hard to navigate. But look, I'm here now, lol! I was pulled in through a Facebook page to help find tickets to the shows, then invited to another group, found the CB, and now I'm here. But I was a Prop subscriber back in the day, joined U2.com as soon as it became a thing, and was never as involved as now. Really didn't use Twitter much except to post amusing thoughts and pictures to my immediate friends. Now I use it to find more U2 content, periscopes, mixlrs, articles, etc.

I guess FB and the CB are more immediate forms of social media. You don't have to search, it just pops up in your feed or as a notification. So much easier!

good good points... enjoyed the periscope #U2CB with Tim.. its in, and of, the moment... very much...

If anyone wants to watch previous Crystal Ballroom periscopes, search for @timneufeld on twitter and he has links to saved broadcasts on youtube..

  2. just brought this up on TM http://www.ticketmaster.com/h/lost-tickets.html

If you lost your Print-at-Home ticket you can print another copy. But if you're worried someone might find and try to use it, please contact Fan Support to get a replacement ticket with a brand-new barcode - that way only you can get in!
If the paper ticket you bought online or by phone is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed please contact Fan Support. We'll just need your order confirmation number or the credit card used for purchase. Note: Ticketmaster tickets turn black in hot spots (direct sunlight, etc.) because we print on heat-sensitive paper - please keep your tickets cool!
If you bought your lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed ticket at a Ticketmaster retail location please return to the same location.

  3. Sadly, I can't use my fan club tickets to the Sept. 16th show. If I sell them to my friend (for less than face value!), can she can get into the show with them, even though they have my name is on them? Anyone know? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

are they GA / seated? To be 100 per cent sure, best thing to do is contact the venue / ticket agency and get it in writing

  4. Is this thread still being moderated? I've tried escalating with TM to no avail. I went back and forth on email and was given a person to call. I've called them 5 times and am getting no response other than 1 call back when I was unavailable to answer. This whole process is such a mess with nobody wanting to take any responsibility for the welfare of the consumer. I'm going to continue to look at how to escalate this until someone actually talks to me about the whole mess I outlined above. I'm surprised more people aren't disappointed or frustrated by what happened...

yep -what is it you actually need resolving? (sorry if you already specified) - you can PM me if you need to

  5. Hello everybody!

In these months i noticed photos of U2's fans on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram official profile of U2 with their name, provenance

    and favourite song.

Could you explain me how to act to have this chance?

i think you are referring to the official instagram people picking out random fans at shows and featuring them - so its just that, being in the right place at the right time i guess...
