    Hi thanks a lot for the update finding it difficult to find any info and nerves are shot to pieces ref getting tickets! I've been holding out for Belfast as I've had such a good feeling Bono and the lads would want to play Belfast this tour, I have just one question I am hoping someone can kindly help me with

     

    Can you use your pre-sale code to buy one ticket for one date and then another ticket for. 2nd date? I know you can only buy 2 tickets in total however can this be split over two dates or once you use the pre-sale code for the purchase of 1 ticket will it be void?

    Today on September 09 I have renewed my U2.com subscription and have got an email from U2.com which includes this:

    "With your subscription to U2.com we're pleased to offer you the chance to take part in the ticket pre-sale, which end Saturday, December 6th at noon (all times local)."

    I won't use my presale code (if it will appear in my account info) for any 2015 date and I have some questions:

    - If the band announces the dates for 2016, will my presale code be available after December 06?

    - December 06 2015 is Sunday, not Saturday, so maybe it is some mistake or misprint in the text of the email?

    could you PM me that full email so I can check things out for you?

    Hi, does anyone know the number for U2 customer support?  The one on the website is a deadline +001-949-333-4820  I'm ringing from N Ireland.  My membership status says I'm not a paid member and need to speak to them today so I can take part in presale tomorrow.

    you are showing as a paid subscriber, but if you have upgraded after the Ireland announcement then unfortunately you would not be able to take part in the presale, as stated here http://www.u2.com/upgrade

    Hi, i'm from Ireland but in Spain on holidays at the moment, will i still be able to access the presale for folks in Ireland? Fingers crossed. I've never regretted booking a holiday so much in my life!!!

    good question - should apply to your your registered address on U2.com, but if you find yourself blocked due to being away from Ireland, a proxy server (google it if you are unfamiliar with the term) will be your best friend.

    During the recent presales we had two type of presale codes, longer and recent memberships. With a longer membership I coupe nu tickets a bit earlier. Will this be the same for the Dublin dates?

    Q - If I don't use my pre-sale ticketing access code in presales for shows announced on December 3rd, will the code still be valid for use if/when other dates are announced - such as the Dublin shows, details of which are still to be revealed ?

    A - Yes. Your un-used pre-sale ticketing access code will be valid to use if further shows are announced.

     

    And from the signup page for new subscriptions shows that the Ireland shows presages are only available to those who subscribed before the recent announcement :
