  1. I'm following this thread too. I bought 4 tix with Red Hill group and my code is not struck through. My husband bought 2 tickets with Wires group and left 2 unused. His code is struck through. Thanks in advance for finding answers!
  2. Hi Geowicky- I got them by using the TM mobile app on my phone. I know I had to hard enter the code at some point (used copy and paste). I *think* I simply chose the RedZone option from the ticket menu. Does this help? My memory is a little fuzzy. At that point, I had been up all night after trying for Dublin tickets. I was running on fumes by the time Chicago tix went on sale.
  3. I was lucky enough to get 2 RZ for Dublin with the RedHill presale code. I used the method where I did not have to enter my code. I got them after about 15-20 minutes of trying. I feel so fortunate. I know so many who tried but came up empty.
  4. I did. I got RedZone tickets in the RedHill presale using my phone. Within the first 5-10 minutes.
  5. Are my eyes bad or do the Red Zones on the SAP/San Jose diagram say 50 patrons in each RZ? So, each RedZone only has 50 people each? That doesn't seem right to me. Sorry if this has already been asked....
  6. I have 2 GA Chicago tix for nite 1 and 2 RedZone tix for Chicago nite 1. I want to keep my RedZone tix, but want to trade/swap my GA tix for tix for nite 2. Can you be more specific about what you have?

No. Nothing appears on my ticketmaster account and I did not receive a confirmation number or message when I clicked on buy nor did I get any communication regarding my tickets from ticketmaster. I was actually trying to buy tickets still when I discovered an email from my credit card company saying I had been charged and from the insurance saying thank you for purchasing insurance. So I checked my account and there were no tickets. I tried to search for orders and nothing came up until I entered my credit card number. I found an order number but no order details come up. Only an error message. I have never bought from ticketmaster with no purchase emails or it not show up on my account, especially after 4 days. I am even more worried because my transaction never showed completed at check out and it showed my tickets released on the screen. I have pending almost $600 worth of tickets and have nothing showing I purchaed them other than a confirmation number with no order details.... Sorry for all you are going through! I can see why you are concerned. I would definitely call the TM 800 number tonight and explain your situation. Since you do have an order number, at least you have something to work from! I would call tonight though while its quiet because tomorrow they will be crazy busy when the general sales start. Good luck!
  9. We got the same email and we also have RZ tix for Chicago on night one. I am interested to hear what this is all about too! Anyone? I didn't get any confirmation or email at all for Chicago but yet they say I have tickets because I can do a search and come up with a order number and my card is charged. I am so worried since I don't have any confirmation. If you have an order number, you are good. That's what you will need at Will Call to pick up your tix. I am curious. Did the charge go through or does it say "pending". Our charge says pending. Feeling very nervous. This does not seem good!!! Credit card is pending. So are 2 different charges for insurance. No email from ticketmaster at all. Not even the one mentioned above. Also worried because my transaction never did anything past the buy screen. Just said to call customer service and then said seats were released. I didn't think I even had tickets til my credit card emailed me. Sorry for my confusion...did you check your TicketMaster account and see the order in there with an order number? If so, you should be OK. You can call TM customer service and give them the order number and confirm that you are set. The extra emails a few people have received are what is making the few of us nervous. Why did only a few people receive that email? Makes us feel singled out and that our order may be red-flagged to cancel. If there is a problem with my order, I deserve to know before the general sale tomorrow.
