  1. Just got my 7/30 GA ticket today in the mail - so if you haven't received yours yet they should be on the way.
  2. Mine doesn't have the ticket delay message anymore either - this is what it now says - "Your tickets will be shipped to your billing address by regular USPS mail." Now come on and announce the 7/31 show!
  3. I'm hoping GA lines here in the States on this tour are 'first come, first served'. Do your time in line, you go in first, leave once in a while for short periods to eat, go to the bathroom, freshen up, etc. Whatever the venue GA policy is should be the line policy, IMO. No starting lists days ahead and checking in once in a while. I guess we'll see in 3 months or so how it goes on this tour. Hopefully all of you GA 'virgins' enjoy yourselves at your respective shows.
  4. You just made my day - I'm really happy for you. Hopefully I can get a minute to say hi and welcome to NYC when you're in town. I'll probably be half awake in the GA line all day long.
  5. I think the most recently released dates have been going very very fast (best tix anyway), I think everyone is much more prepared now, I wouldn't hang about if I were you, better to be safe Thanks, i'll bring the laptop into work and find a quiet spot at 3pm and see how we go! Let us know how you made out yardie -
  6. Good luck tomorrow yardie - hope you get the tickets ok.
  7. I'm interested in buying - I don't have tickets to the 22nd and only a single upper deck ticket for the 27th.
  8. NYC GA tickets should be fine to trade, other venues as far as I know are credit card entry - you have to show the credit card you bought the ticket with when you enter. Anyone?
  9. I just changed mine to hard delivery as well - sorry crappy Galaxy S3, you've been cut out.
  10. I just got off the phone with a Ticketmaster rep - he said I will have the option of either printing them out or showing the ticket on my phone. I guess we'll find out when the ticket delay is up. With my luck I would get down there on 7/30 and my phone would die right before I go in.
  11. That's fantastic - I'll be hitting up the presale for a GA ticket, hopefully. I'm in the innocence group so we'll see. Hopefully you'll enjoy your time in NYC and at the shows. Yep, real fluke that the band have put on the extra show as we arrive for 4 nights before heading back home. Just trying to enquire if I can use my presale code for this one as a UK resident? I think you can use it for any show as far as I know. U2.com sent me the email about the London and Barcelona shows with my presale code on the email.

  13. Thank you very much bigwave, same to you and all of the other fans on here. It's a pleasure to be on here amongst all of you. Dan
  14. As far as what they play on tour, I'm game for anything. I haven't seen them live in so long I'll be happy just to be there. I would love to hear a generous helping of the new cd though.
  15. What I'm doing to get ready for 2015 is this - 1) Play U2 in the car constantly. Driving to work, to the store, etc. it's U2 all the time. Except when my son wants to listen to Kids Place Live on XM. I'm already working on indoctrinating him to the joys of Bono and the guys. 2) While at work, set my Windows media player to play U2 cds in the order of my choosing for a good 10 hours straight, every day. 3) While at home, set my Windows media player to play U2 cds in the order of my choosing while cleaning or doing household chores. Sound good?
  16. Thanks for the warm welcome everyone, much appreciated. I'm getting more excited by the day about the upcoming tour. I think i'm going to buy a ticket for the 7/26 NYC show so I can hopefully catch the different set lists, as I'm already going to the show the following night. I've been very tempted to buy a GA ticket for the 26th, but I'm reluctant to pay a broker $200+ for a GA ticket. Still not sure which Montreal show I'm going to, it's up to my friends back home in Saratoga. I've trying to convince them to get the Red Zone tickets as it appears they are still available for the last two Montreal shows.
  17. Hi everyone! I'm Dan, a fan living in Bristol, CT, originally from Saratoga Springs, NY. I've been a fan for about 30 years now, and unfortunately I've only seen U2 live twice - once in Albany on the first leg of the ZooTv tour and then in Saratoga Springs on the 'Outside Broadcast' leg of the tour. Luckily I'm planning on enjoying this tour as much as possible, as I'm seeing them in NYC on 7/27 and undoubtedly a few more dates here in the Northeast. My favorite U2 cd? Probably Zooropa, closely followed by Achtung Baby. Hope to see some of you at the shows.
  18. Hello everyone! My name is Dan and I've been a fan of U2 for around 30 years, and I've just signed up here. I've only been to 2 U2 shows - 3/21/92 Albany and 8/18/92 Saratoga Springs. I've just bought a ticket for the 7/27/15 NYC show, and I'm super excited to be back in the swing of things and see the guys again. Too much time in between going to school, working, travelling, working, etc., you get the picture. I will likely go to a few more shows - probably 1 or 2 more NYC shows and possibly one of the Montreal ones. Anyway, it's great to be amongst all of you U2 fans and hopefuly will see some of you at some shows. Dan
