I am so upset.  I didn't get a presale code, nor did I get any email or information regarding the presale.  I have been a long time fan and subscriber.  I feel like the wind was knocked out of me.

I too have been a member for over 10 years and got the dreaded email.

The system will not allow me to DM you to send my info, I'm really hurt, as I convinced my entire family to sign up and subscribe and I am the only one left out. Is there anything I can do?

I received an email this morning advising me that I would not receive a pre-sale code. I am a loyal and long-time fan of the band. I have been a u2.com subscriber while the band is on and off the road. I hope this is terrible mistake. I would hate to think that this is how a dedicated fan get treated after all these years. I am a teacher and basically lost my only window of time to access the presale this morning. I am not sure if I am angry, hurt or disappointed by this whole process! Please tell me this was a terrible mistake and I will be able to access the pre-sale.

I'm a fully paid up subscriber and got the green light for presage code.....will the code I receive be just for the us shows? Should I keep the code and wait till euro shows are announced or sack it and just wait till euro shows have been definitely announced??   This is madness......

Hi - Heading to the Barcelona gig on Tuesday. Just saw a copy of the stadium plan which was retweeted by atu2. The "Importante" note on the map stipulates bringing your passport as a form of ID to accompany printed tickets. Just thought I should let you and fellow zootopians know about this. Carlos

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! for not being able to buy tickets, that I'm entitled to, for being part of the "Wires group", I tried it for hours and the ticketmaster page was collapsed! All presale codes should have the right to buy two tickets. I feel I have been tricked !!

Does anyone know if we have to renew before presale to get pre-sale codes? Mine doesn't expire for awhile.
