  1. My sister spent all day trying to get disabled tickets for the Cleveland show during the presale. Very disheartening. She was told by Ticketmaster that a ticket request has been made and we need to wait 48 hours for her request to go through and they will contact her by phone. It seems a bit discriminatory that it took all day, many phone calls, every person she spoke to gave her a different story, disconnections, thrown off Ticketmaster website many times just to get these wheelchair accessible tickets. We are hopeful the last person she spoke to will contact her back so we can go to the show and bring my brother in law who needs the accommodations. We are a group of 4 trying to have seats together so she can have any help needed and enjoy the show.

do let us know what happens seajewel

  2. Hey folks,

I subscribed to U2.com again today (it's been over a year since I last subscribed). Anyways, my credit card got charged -- confirmed by looking at my bank statement -- but my account didn't get updated. It seems like the error happened because I put in my current address and not my billing address from where I lived when I first got my credit card.

I called the helpline and they've put in an investigation. But I'm worried I'm not getting a pre-sale code before tomorrow morning unless it gets solved quickly.

Has anybody else also been charged but not received a pre-sale code or had their account upgrade?

perhaps quickest way might be to cancel existing transaction with your bank and re-subscribe - if thats possible for you

  3. To Anyone trying to use the disabled part of the presale:  DON'T.  I finally found out that no disabled seats for the GA platform were released.  So we are wasting time filling out that ridiculous disabled section.  Go for GAs.  Buy them.  There is a platform.  After the regular sale starts....call customer service for TM and have them convert those GA tix to disabled platform GA tix.  Make sure you call customer service...not ticket sales or you will be bounced around yet again.  While you have them on the phone....mention the term is accessiblity and not disabled!!!

    great tips :)

  4. I'm not a paid member of U2 site, so I'm going to be purchasing my tickets when they go on sale to the general public here in the U.S. I was wondering if they will put any general admission tickets for sale for the general public as well? I've been to Elevation and 360 tour and was able to get a general admission for 360, hoping to have the same luck this time for the Joshua tree tour.

there might be a few left if you are lucky... no guarantee though as it states first come first served..
