  1. Some tours they had the EU program with tons of US live concert photos, something that the US tour did not for obvious reasons. other tours both programs were the same with only the tour dates and locations different.
  2. Is the U2 ei European tour program different than the US one? just curious. I have the US one and wondering about. If anyone has seen both and can clarify, I would appreciate. Thanks U2 EXPERIENCE + INNOCENCE EUROPEAN TOUR PROGRAM
  3. Hi, I am planning to go see U2 in San Diego and this time wondering the price range for seats. I went to see them in Pasadena on the GA crowd and this time want to take my soon who is 11 years old and he won't be able to see much due his size. That said, I am curious to find out the prices for seats close to the stage, not like in the way back. Thanks for any info.
  4. It's not true. $70 gives you access to GA. Red Zone I think it is $350.
  5. GA is by far the best deal. I don't mind standing up. A good seat is at least $280. Too much.
  6. Just curious, just got 4 tickets GA for Los Angeles, Rose Bowl. Why they say Section GA42? It's a standing area, so like previous shows, you can go anywhere on the GA section. Did that change for this tour?
  7. There's nothing at all depressing about going to a concert by yourself. You can't really talk to anyone during a show anyway and people who talk every time there is a quiet enough moment to (like during acoustic moments) are usually being d-bags and ruining the show for those around them. Will be going to two nights back to back on my own and meeting some new friends during the 8 hours or more of line-up before the show! Well, that's fine if you like to go alone, but I like to have people I know next to me. It's a preference thing.
  8. I don't see them making a show very acoustic and the other electric. Honestly, I would be surprise if that is the case. What I can see is the setlist and the videos on the screen being different. Plus I think U2 don't want to make fans angry by having a huge disparity between the two nights. After all they only allowed 2 tickets for the most loyal fans and going alone to watch a concert is kind of depressing. I have done before but is much better when you have a family or friend next to you. Either way, I was able to get tickets for one night and if they come back to the USA for a second leg of the tour I will try to get another.
  9. My take is that each show has a different song set list. That's about it. One show is more geared towards the songs of the new album and the other more a trip to the past albums. So the innocence + experience name.
  10. I heard U2 are going to have two different shows so the back to back nights. Does anybody have any info what these diferences are? Thanks
  11. Don't lose that card. I will make a print out of my TM receipt and take with me just in case. While I applaud they taking measures to stop scalpers, I wished they mailed some sort of ticket or official document to take a along with your CC to entry the show. Sometimes this can backfired if for some reason the technology is not there and the last thing people want is have issues getting to the show.
  12. The benefit is you don't have to get there so early to be as close and it's less crowded....I've always been super close on the floor but never in the "circle" and it's fine. Hated the setup of the last tour. I rather pass the RZ. Sure if you can afford that's great but I don't see much of the benefit of it. Look forward to get the night 4 on Monday. It's nice for sure but I still don't se much of the benefit because the price is so much higher. Last tour I was able to get in the RZ even though I paid for GA. It was very cramped but great view, very close. That was the 360 Rose Bowl Pasadena show.
  13. I can't afford to buy redzone ! Have fun! I'll be there that day too! I rather pass the RZ. Sure if you can afford that's great but I don't see much of the benefit of it. Look forward to get the night 4 on Monday.
  14. Forget to mention, SJ tix were $83.50 each for GA with all fees Yeah, good job. Interesting that you have to swipe the CC in order to get the tickets. That's a nice way to get rid of scalpers. That said I wished they have the 4 ticket limites so we could buy another night, but I understand U2 is trying to get new fans and revenue.
  15. Wow, just snatch LA night 3 two tickets. Nerve wracking but got it on GA. By the way LA GA's are $87 a piece. Monday will try again for night 4.
  16. U2 is trying to attract new fans and that means new revenue for them. Loyal people like us already have almost everything U2 relate and it won't buy stuff as much as new fans joining the band cult would. They did the same strategy with iTunes. A lot of past U2 albums were sold after the free release for new people discovering the band.
  17. Thanks By the way, it says price level 2 ticket. Are you able to pay for GA under this price?
  18. $350 each Ouch! Good for you. I am sticking with the GA. I am 6'8" tall so no problem seeing the show, but tell this to people behind me.
  19. My take is that one show has quite a bit of songs of the new album and the next one is more based on the past songs. I wonder if this is why is called experience + innocence. Well, there is always the general sale on Monday to be able to snatch tickets for the second show.
  20. How much is RZ tickets?
  21. Anyone has any idea o prices for tickets and the VIP packages? I can't find it anywhere. I understand the tickets range from US$50 to $300 but it doesn't specify the categories. VIPs nothing so far.
