Wanted to say a huge thank you for the information you shared regarding accessibility for the Sphere shows.  Spoke with an actual human being, I know, shocker, who spent 15 minutes with me answering questions about the venue, accommodations, etc.  The customer service was some of the best I have ever had!  Sadly without a ticketmaster verification code, for which I am on the waitlist, they cannot process a request for accessible seating unless there is a general ticket sale.

do you have all 4 people or do you need someone like me?

Hi Max. Don't know if you can help but I have been a long term member of this fan club (early 2000's I think) and have always renewed my membership on time. I renewed earlier in the year and have just noticed that I am now part of the "Wires" group. I am sure that I used to be in "Red Hill" which gave earlier access to pre sale tickets. Why has this changed and what can I do/who can I contact to get myself reinstated at the correct level? Thanks.

September 11th 2001 "They Got Him"

The thread is not just a music video thread but it is way I can express myself threw songs  when I cannot find the words by typing them down. It celebrates the lives lost on that day and around the world also past and present. I started the thread on the 1st of May 2011 when justice was serve in my eyes. But for me it has become a place to go on anniversary of days of when people lost there lives around the world at different years. I have played songs to be inspiring for me and any one that stops by.

The last song I posted by Billy Joel was called Miami 2017 and after he played it at the concert for new york city he said it was a science fiction song he never thought would come true. So it has meaning for me that way and last night was his first concert at madison square garden since the pandemic. So they have more meanings then just one.

I prefer to re-sub a couple of days before the expiry date, but I did it as soon as I could. I received an email confirmation right after I re-subbed, but if it's not an inconvenience, can you please look & let me know if you see that my account is re-subbed? (It's about 11:30 pm where I am, but I seem to remember you usually being awake at this hour because of being in an earlier time zone.) If you're able to check this, it's much appreciated.

I received email my membership expires in 2 days, but my account info mentions it's still active until march 1, 2021.
Can you confirm me that I can wait till end of February to renew?

Hi, I just received email that my u2.com subscription will expire in 7days. But when I log in on my account, there's mentioned my subscription is active until march 1, 2021...?   But if i renew now; i will receive the Berlin Dvd, which I already have received as a gift for the 2020 subscription.   Do i have to renew in 7 days, or can i wait until march 1st?      

What happened to the Berlin E&I show streaming? There is no link anywhere that I can find. It is clearly supposed to be there as it says "Once we've aired the premiere, 'U2 eXPERIENCE + iNNOCENCE – LIVE IN BERLIN' will be available on demand for the duration of your annual subscription." There is no end date. 

This was my entertainment while I work at my desk.
