why are the "presale-code-rules' been changed, mods? we could always buy up to 4 tix for one show as european, and 4 tix for 4 different shows as americans (not like that was fair, but nevermind....) now i read just 2 tix??
we don't have any control over that... completely above our "pay grade"

i know you guys dont make up the rules, was just wondering if you knew why they changed that? because of smaller venue?

My subscription runs until December 31st. Then I have to renew. I take it that I don't have to renew now to get my presale code? I presume every paying member at this moment will be offered one?
Q - How do I know what pre-sale priority group I am?
A - There are two groups of subscribers taking part in the pre-sale and the email you receive with your pre-sale code indicates which group you are in.
Our 'EXPERIENCE' group of longtime subscribers (those who were current, paid-up subscribers on 09/09/2014) have access from the first day of the pre-sale. Your unique pre-sale access code will have a prefix of U215A...
Our 'INNOCENCE' group, who joined as new subscribers or upgraded an expired account after the release of the latest album in September 9, 2014, enter early on the second day. Your unique pre-sale access code will have a prefix of U215B...
Only after this does a public onsale begin. (You may also find which priority group you are in displayed on the Account Info page when logged in.) Please Note: We do not change your subscription category. No exceptions will be made.

The FAQ says you can see your pre-sale code on the tour page when logged in. Just checked and it's not there. Have those been posted or will we have to wait a bit for that to show up?

or
go to the address bar in your web browser and copy it...
paste the code in your message and hit enter... you will get the video...

Does anyone know what 'display name history' on the profile page means please? Does this mean you can change your subscriber name without losing your status info?

The board software has a setting in which the administrators are able to change the name of an user... when that happens, it would be posible - if this function is activated - to view those changes and when they happened.
In Zootopia, this function is deactivated - it isn't possible to change the username since it's tied to the U2.com username...
