A - Anyone who is a current Subscriber to U2.com can participate when ticket pre-sales take place but those who have been Subscribers longest get the earliest opportunity to enter the pre-sale. 'Experience Subscribers' have access starting on the morning of Day 1 of the pre-sale, 'Innocence Subscribers' have access from the morning of Day 2 of the pre-sale. The pre-sale for each concert closes at Noon / Midday on Day 3. The public ticket sale will start after Day 3 of the pre-sale. browser on the iphone crashed while in selecting my GA....relogged. now saying my code is invalid.

 

whats the point in having a presale code that isnt vaild until the payment has been made?

you would have thought that lessons would have been learned from the 360 mess... i guess not.

if this doesn't solve the issue, please use the CONTACT US form in the HELP page (http://www.u2.com/help) and explain what happened. Have in hand any email confirming your subscription...

I was trying to purchase 2 tickets for 30/10 concert in O2 and I keep getting that no seats are left for any category in venue, this is also relevant for the 29/10 show.

 

Please help me, I don't want the tickets to be sold out for me an my wife

But what if you are still waiting for an email to confirm your account? It's, in our case, a new account. So we can't log in yet.

How long will it take to receive the email?

have you checked all the mailboxes? even the trash?

another thing... is the subscription with this username you are using (ithoor)?

No innocence codes has been sent or activated... patience...

Booking Reference number: I would recommend to wait until this presale / first days of general sale pass (because is total madness). Once this happens, call the ticketing agency and request details on this...

Do you know if there are actually enough tickets leftover - or any Red Zone tickets - for those in the iNNOCENCE group? Sounds like they're going fast!

It is our understanding that there are enough tickets for those in the iNNOCENCE group... but we don't know specifics...

We have received information that there is plenty to go around for all shows today and none will sell out...

Please keep trying... I'm aware that this might be a bit frustrating but eventually you will get tickets...
