    Anyway, quick question...I have been meaning to ask this for ages but giving the tour is round the corner...

     

    Are live streamings done/allowed? I had the chance to enjoy some live streaming concerts in Jan/Feb this year for another band and they were extremely enjoyable.  Of course it won't be like being at the actual concert but for those who can't go to any of them could be actually very valuable.  

     

    Again, it is just a a tiny enquiry and out of curiosity... :)

     

     

    Fan live streams are allowed... but these are on a show by show basis and if technical conditions allows for it... It's my understanding that several folks are working on that for the Vancouver shows...

    Can a presale code be recovered if I sell tickets (May14 Vancouver)

    I bought two tickets for the opening night of the tour in Vancouver. Section 323   Row 2   Seat 10,11 with total cost being $232.20. I can't be there May 14 because I am a groomsman in a wedding. Is there any way to recover the presale code since I am not using it? Also does anyone want to buy these tickets off me? I hate missing the show, not to mention losing $150 because I am cancelling flights for two. :angry:

     

    I'm sorry, but this isn't possible - once used it's marked as such, so there's no way of reissuing another one...

     

    as mentioned, your best course of action would be offering the tickets...

    Thank you! one other question. If he buys GA tickets, does he need to be there? He might not be able to go but I can go and I would be using the credit card that he purchased the tickets with? 

     

     

    It totally depends on the ticket service rules - the most recent information I was able to find is that the credit card holder has to be present.

     

    The recomendation in this case is that you contact the ticket service company (either via email or phone) and request clarification about this.

    I am a longtime subscriber and used my presale code for Arizona. Now that they announced Denver my husband wants to go to the Denver show however he is not a member and never has been. Can he join this week and get a presale code for the Denver shows?

     

    yes. From the FAQ in the HELP section of the site:

     

    PRE-SALE & CODE INFO

    Q - If I subscribe right now, can I still participate in forthcoming pre-sales?

    A - Yes, you can. Once you subscribe and log in to U2.com and go to the tour page, your pre-sale access code will be displayed on that page immediately. Just enter that code at the ticket site to take part in upcoming pre-sales.

    at this point there isn't any official information regarding a tour extension for 2016...

     

    the best is to keep checking the site - if/when there is any annoucement regarding dates and venues (if there is indeed a 2016 tour), you will find it here...

    You can, but perhaps it's safer to be as cautious as possible and it would be better to not publish it and instead use the PM options the board provides...

    There's only one Anjana and Zhivvy and both irreplaceable

     

    How would someone go about getting a new pre sale code to use for the yet to be announced Dublin gigs??

     

    Lots of posts about differing scenarios but no-one giving an accurate reply

    I would say that it's all about options and organization... you could have used the code for a concert back when the tour was announced... or you could save it for the Dublin show. You always have the option to try for the general sale...

     

    In an ideal/perfect/fantasy world, we would get codes for every presale... but the reality is that the supply is limited so some limits have to be implemented. Knowing that, every one plans according to their needs/"wants" and use or distribute the code accordingly...

     

    and, again, there's always an option: the general sale...

    Question: Uk/Ireland resident with a yet to be used pre-sale code (was/is saving it for Dubs). However I am in NYC for the new date 30th July - can I use my pre-sale code for that show instead ? (always have fancied the idea of seeing them somewhere other than Ireland/UK.)

     

    You can use your code for any of the show that have a presale...

     

    please check the dates, times and all the relate info in the tour page...
