I had the same issue. Had tickets - ticketmaster kicked me out - now I can't use my code (even though I haven't purchased any tickets yet)!!!
U2.COM please reset passcodes!!!
Please try this - it has worked for some:
Log off U2.com and TM
clear cookies and cache
close the browser and wait a few seconds
reopen the browser
log on again
try again
also, there are reports that the mobile App has a better chance of success... please try it too...

This has worked for some, I would ask to try it:
- Log off U2.com and TM
- clear cookies and cache
- close the browser and wait a few seconds
- reopen the browser
- log on again
- try again with U2.com/TM
also, there are reports that using the mobile app has a better success rate...

it's one code per account, not per renewing procedure...
What you did was just extending your subscription...

Use the CONTACT US form in the help section (http://www.u2.com/help) and explain what happened to try to get your code restablished - be as detailed as possible, please.

I have no code and feel like crying...
You appear as a non-paid user.. that's the reason you don't have a code...
you have to have a paid subscription in order to get the code...

The fact that there are no tickets for the gigs you bring your Credit card. My card expires in Feb. Does anyone know if you can transfer the tickets to a new card?
You might need to check that with the ticketing service... either check their website or call them...

At the moment, the dates you se are the only ones announced... no info about Australia or any other countries.

The credit card I'll use expires before the concert takes place, what happens then? I have to keep the original card or they'll be happy with the replacement card?
You might need to contact the ticket company to get an answer for that...

A - Yes. Your un-used pre-sale ticketing access code will be valid to use if further shows are announced. -

At this moment there isn't any information regarding shows in Dublin... this may change in the future, but right now, no information about it...

If you can't see it, please log off u2.com, clean cookies and cache from the browser, close it, reopen and log in again..
