I don't care about Paris.. My friend already bought the tickets that he wanted, but now, I'm concerned about one of my Amsterdam tickets... Can you please help me? I don't know what to do more... I'm trying everything I can... I did this on a genuine mistake. (I've tried to solve this issue after 10 minutes of my buying)

I used the Passcode from my other account (bono_vox_2000@hotmail.com)

Keep trying with the ticketing agency... it's possible that they are swamped right now, so you have no option but to keep trying with them...

Yesterday  I bought 2 tickets in the presale for the Boston 4 show.  They are for my wife (who is also a fan club member) and we share a CC, she is an authorized user on the account so we thought we'd be fine per TM's rules on their website regarding authorized users and credit card entry

 

" I used a card I share with my spouse – can they get in without me?

As long they’re an authorized card user! Just make sure your better half brings the card and a photo ID."

 

However upon looking at the cards today we realized that even though it is one account there are 2 different numbers on the cards!  I called my bank (Capital One) to ask about  this and they said they do that to track each individuals purchases even thoiugh it it is one account.

 

Will she be able to get into the show? Thanks!

Contact TM immediately, either via their website or by phone, and explain the issue - have any and all documents about the purchase in hand..

what we ask if that you see one of these codes in eBay, please report them as well... if they receive enough reports, the chances that these auctions are closed are higher...

also, please remember that links for auction sites (like eBay) can't be posted here - even as examples...

You might need to wait for the particular venue to publish the map... there might be different timetables for this and we don't have any input on this particular issue...

I was one of the chosen ones to have my ticket order cancelled due to ticketmaster technical error. All said and done, after working with them, I have only one single ticket that remains "purchased", though the code was originally used for the two ticket limit.. My code still works, but I don't want to pull the trigger on presale and be in violation. Can I use my code to purchase another ticket? BTW, I have an Innocence code and the site is letting me through this evening...

You should be able to use the code for one ticket...

So... better to have this disclaimer: a mere mental exercise. Do not make any assumptions and do not make any plan. What is encouraged is to participate and throw ideas...

if it materializes it, good... but if it doesn't, better to remember what it was in order to avoid any possible disappointment...

btw and on the "throwing ideas" dept: a small venue, like The Gaiety Theater... making it a "U2 Live by request" sort of event...

I'm at a loss here. Ticketmaster cancelled (2) of my tickets for the @MSG show Sunday July 19th. I used two separate presale codes with the same credit card. A genuine mistake. Can anyone recommend what steps I should take? Thanks, Gary.

Is it sure pre sale codes are eligible for the Dublin dates, as they mentioned these are special shows

I used my code to purchase ONE ticket to the first Boston show. Got shut out of the second so I am currently trying to purchase ONE ticket to the final Boston show (July 15) that was recently announced.

 

Ticketmaster will not accept my code.

 

Why? All correspondence I've seen has clearly said each Presque code is good for two tickets.

How about Max, if I create a new account for my wife?  Like I said Max, they for me, not anyone else.

You can do that, BUT: Set up a TM account in your wife's name also, with a DIFFERENT CC (namely, one of hers) than you have with your TM account.  Then you should be OK.  Also, any paperless tix bought through your wife's account will require HER to go to the show.

If you renew your subscription, what you are doing is extending it... nothing more. You wouldn't get a new presale code...

Listmods, do you have any connection with these "line mods," so we can get some rules clear on this subject?

 

Are these "line mods" self-appointed? Do they have any accountability if they abuse their position at a show? And is there any way to notify would-be "line mods," at the very least, that it's not acceptable to U2 and Zootopia to verbally harass or physically accost disabled people because they are making use of legal accommodations for their disability?

We don't have any connection whatsoever with any person who decides to be in charge of the lines... these "line-mods" are totally and completely self appointed and normally they appear the very moment the line starts (more usual than not is them who starts the line). Neither us nor u2.com have any say or input on how the lines are arranged... it's first and foremost a fan made thing.,,

Our responsibility starts and ends in the board and the site (being this Zootopia / u2.com) - we don't oversee anything outside the board, with no exceptions...

Be aware that not every person at the line would necessarily be an U2.com member, so asking only here for guidelines and policing wouldn't be effective...

What can be done in advance would be posting messages with the goal to create awareness, in the hope that people listen and act like human beings towards the other person in the line, being them abled or disabled...
