Please try this - it has worked for some: Log off U2.com and TM clear cookies and cache close the browser and wait a few seconds reopen the browser log on again try again also, there are reports that via mobile site has better success... please try it too...

it's one code per account, not per renewing procedure... What you did was just extending your subscription... -
Use the CONTACT US form in the help section (http://www.u2.com/help) and explain what happened to try to get your code restablished - be as detailed as possible, please.

You appear as a non-paid user.. that's the reason you don't have a code... you have to have a paid subscription in order to get the code...

At the moment, the dates you se are the only ones announced... no info about Australia or any other countries. -
You might need to contact the ticket company to get an answer for that...

A - Yes. Your un-used pre-sale ticketing access code will be valid to use if further shows are announced.

At this moment there isn't any information regarding shows in Dublin... this may change in the future, but right now, no information about it...

A - As a paid-up U2.com Subscriber you are eligible to purchase up to TWO tickets across the tour. You can split this up across two shows or just use for a single show.
