  1. Please try this - it has worked for some: Log off U2.com and TM clear cookies and cache close the browser and wait a few seconds reopen the browser log on again try again also, there are reports that via mobile site has better success... please try it too...

  3. it's one code per account, not per renewing procedure... What you did was just extending your subscription...

  5. You appear as a non-paid user.. that's the reason you don't have a code... you have to have a paid subscription in order to get the code...
