Have you reported the gift subscription problem? I'm noticing people who have just purchased their subscription and they are updated whereas those of us who somehow were sold a gift subscription are left without status and therefor we won't get a presale code at all.

Can you not read? Again, as I have ALREADY stated, ALL OF MY MAILBOXES HAVE BEEN CHECKED AND RECHECKED AND THEN CHECKED AGAIN. I've also tried contacting you via the help section, and have also tried contacting the so-called "customer support team" but either received a busy tone, or it would just ring and ring and ring. You're giving me the run around and that's unacceptable, as far as I'm concerned.
what do you see when you go to the http://www.u2.com/service/profile section?
do you get something under "ACCOUNT ACTIVE UNTIL"?

No codes yet...
have in mind that there are thousands of members - codes won't arrive automagically at the same time for everybody. These kind of deployment takes time...
So when they start to arrive, don't be alarmed if yours haven't arrived... it doesn't necessarily means there is some kind of error, it's just that it hasn't arrived...

Just got an email after buying the 'gift-package' by accident today:
"This email contains the unique gift coupon code which they will need to use when they sign up online as a subscriber'.
So can't use it myself????
Real problem! Any of the mod's know what to do???
Bought it for $50, don't want it to be a waste of money....
Can we trade the unique git subscription code? Or isn't that possible because we are allready members?

when the codes are sent, it should appear there...
Have in mind that since there are thousands of members receiving their codes, these won't arrive automagically at the same time for everybody. These kind of deployment takes time... So if you see that someone post that she has her code, it doesn't mean that you won't get it... it means that the process is in full speed and your code will arrive soon...

local time of the venue... so if it's Amsterdam, it would be 10.00 AM Amsterdam time...
