Is the skip around Vertigo? Several people have had reported a similar issue. In addition to the help form, you may call: +001-949-333-4820 (outside the US). 1-800-615-1324 (inside the US) If you look back a page, another member did receive the same message on the help form, but did end up getting a response. There could be a delay though, due to the pandemic.

I’m glad I can’t vote in that. Too many good albums on that list...I’d even say great albums.
