I agree, thank you very much U2.com. One of the easiest ticket-buying experiences I've ever had. Now all I have to do is wait 9 months for the show!

Got my ticket for Sunday at The O2 - ridiculously easy, nothing like the horror stories I've heard on here!

Got my London ticket and waiting for the confirmation email. Total smooth sailing, hope everyone else is as lucky as me.

Got a GA ticket for London night 1, absolutely no trouble at all, just waiting for a confirmation email. So so happy right now. UPDATE: got my confirmation email!

The limit for presale is 2, the limit for the general sale is 4. But if you try and buy a set in the presale and another set in the general sale with the same credit card, they cancel all your tickets without notice.

Plus it means more people get a fair shot at getting tickets, rather than having the tickets they wanted eaten up by someone else who already had tickets to another show!

Any purchasers over the ticket limit will be cancelled without notice. The normal ticket limit on public sales is 4, so when bought 2 in pre-sale and 2 in public sale I guess your safe.... I think it's just to give more people a chance to get in...

Oh God, that would explain it. I've just noticed that the subscribers information e-mail went to an address I have that is going to be discontinued soon. I thought changing it in my profile would make it go to the right one. I have a headache. That's strange, I've kept the same email address I had since I subscribed but I still haven't got an email.

What about people who were subscribed before the release but resubscribed after?

I doubt they'll add any extra London dates, four nights in the space of a week is already a big ask!

That's a very good question, why cant we see for what kind of show we use our pre-sale code ? I don't think they're going to be doing whole acoustic nights now. A whole acoustic night at an arena designed for massive rock shows just doesn't gel.

10am on a Thursday isn't exactly handy. I have a meeting starting at 10 at work and it ain't clever sitting in the office with a credit card trying to buy concert tix on-line... But, I'll be giving it a go :-) *U2 - next time, start your pre-sale outside of business hours, pleassseee* Agreed, not the greatest of presale times. I am also supposed to be in a meeting at 10 tomorrow, but I have the world's most understanding boss who is happy for me to stay at home tomorrow morning to book tickets and she will cover the meeting for me. Luckily it isn't a meeting where my input is vital.... I'm meant to be in college tomorrow from 9am til 10.30am. This might just be the most rock & roll thing I'll ever do...
