Ah I didn't know it was 3mths, I'll bear that in mind, I'm possibly considering the coach if it gets off the ground, could be an entertaining ride with some Zootops if the driver let's us turn the music up ;-) Where are you travelling from?

Just wanted to let anyone going to London gigs know that I booked a hotel straight after getting my tickets for Monday 25th, I'm not fussy I just want a bed to sleep in so I went with a budget hotel. I've just been to check availability for the next day as I'm hoping to attend the second show as well and the price has gone up by £20 already, they have clearly gotten wind of a big event at the O2 and are capitalising. So if you need a hotel I'd get in there quick, I'd imagine they won't be the only ones to do it.

Others are right, the O2 gives free tickets for carers of disabled customers and there is currently another thread for coach travel being arranged by the friend of a Zootop if there is enough interest, otherwise the national express run services. I've managed to find budget hotels near to the O2 too. I hope this information helps. Good luck, I do hope you get to see them -
Okay so I have called the O2 just to make sure they are also clear on the situation, the woman I spoke to said it should be fine because I only want to get 2 tickets and that if I had wanted more then that would have taken me over the 4 ticket limit for Monday (on top of the 2 I already have) and that MIGHT have lead to cancellation, I'm guessing that means that they would have waited for me to go make a fuss then decide if I am genuine or not, so that's where the 02 and AXS stand for anyone looking at getting extra tix for London. I'm still really nervous about it so I may just ask my mum to put it through for me, would have been nice to surprise her, but I'm worried about risking it.

I would imagine you contact the help team via U2.com or try AXS seen as they dealt with the transaction. Try them in the first instance, I'm sure a mod will see your post tomorrow and confirm your best course of action, they've been really great dealing with any issues

We don't know yet, probably big changes in setlists I would think, one night will be centered on the idea of innocence, the other experience. They will be done in pairs so the third night is the first in its pair

My 6yr old (7 in a weeks time) would like to go too, hoping they come back round in 2016 so he gets a chance, he plays more U2 than I do lately, that's hard to achieve when you're at school all day!

by rights, it should not be a problem, but ticket master and other ticket agencies have their own systems whereby they auto-flag up what they see may be a misuse and over-purchase from the same address. I have been today been told (by u2comteam) if subscribers have this happen to them we will make sure it gets rectified. Thanks so much for the clarity, so much of the official info is not explicit in this. Thanks for all your hard work the past few days, bet you're exhausted

What I'm getting at is, as a subscriber do I exchange the ability to buy more tickets for the privilege of having the access to presales and those who choose not subscribe or use presale codes get to buy more tix as a kind of recompense for not being able to get early access. I'm sorry to be a pest when it's so busy and others have far more pressing problems, I just want to get my finances for this organised

correct Okay can you help please, I'm confused with all these comments, can I or can I not buy tickets for my mum and sister with my credit card on Monday as well as my two I already bought on Thurs, my impression has been that we are only allowed to buy 2 tix with our own cc, address, name, no exceptions. But some comments are giving me the impression that I could go into the general sale and get whatever I wanted with my own card. To clarify, I have used my presale codes and would now like to buy extra tix in the general sale so me and my mum and sister could together. I just need to know, thanks.

Went via U2.com "Tour" red "Pre-Sale" button for London O2 shows ....The access code entry point is viewable on Ticketmaster but they only sell VIP O2 packages ... the remainder are via O2 ticket vendor AXS ( i gave them my account details prior to 10.00am opening of sale) and their is no acces code entry prior to ticket selection (as far as i can tell)... can someone help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

That's a great idea! Only good for some of us if it's early leaving, we want to be there in plenty of time to drop our bags at hotels, possibly eat and get nice and early in the GA queue, so I'll register my interest but will depend on times for me, do you also want to know which shows we are attending?. My nearest city - Bham Sunday 25th show

So far they have said the two shows will have a very different feel, one centered around innocence, the other around experience, so it probably means a big change in the setlist between nights

Hahaha! I actually had a bit of indecision over this, but a Zootop who lives by me wanted Sunday so I thought go for that in the interest of being sociable
