  1. You can see them on the main stage just fine. The stage is big for that reason. Here was my view. I'm short & stood by the B stage in front of Edge. One tall guy aside, I could see just fine. You're good anywhere inside the RED zone. Note, there are 2 video clips & 2 photos
  2. No idea on people but there is room to move when the show isn't going on. When the show is going on, no. Depends on where you are. There are plenty of people but there's some room. There are porta potties. You'd have to leave RED zone to get to them. You are able to come & go from the area. At some point leaving & Getting back to your spot might be a challenge but it's doable. Talk to your neighbors. There is a cash bar. No idea if it stays open during a performance. I didn't pay too much attention.
  3. The more I hear this song, I swear it's a story told from two different perspectives. Loving it.
  4. Fantastic concert! Thank you U2! & thanks Adam for that killer smile. ??
  5. No it's not. Best spots? I'm not sure I can answer that. You're good anywhere. I just wrote this as a response to another persons question about kids & line up times: RED zone has turned into the GA I'm afraid. To get rail, go early the day of the show. I've heard 9 or 10 am to get rail. That said, I showed up at the stadium at 4pm (I had to work) and stood right behind the people on the rail. People can be rude. One couple with a kid tried to push their way into the rail. Nobody was having it. Most are nice. I had some nice conversation with people around me. Make friends with the people around you & you can watch out for each other, Its a good view from anywhere inside. GA gets the better view. The band play to them. You still get a good view of the band & Adam & Edge walk around to all sides during the songs. The band spends a decent amount of time on the B stage & that's where you see them up close & the walkway too. Keep in mind I'm short & my view of Bono was minimal. I think he walked around but I only caught random glimpses. I was stuck sort of behind a tall guy who obstucted some of my view when they were on the B stage but still managed to see quite a bit. It's easier to see them all on the main stage. The stage is tall so the entire stadium can see them on the main stage. The RED zone isn't like previous tours. You do get a nice view but the GA is better & not as much of a wait as the GA & the freedom to move into the GA if you want. I'd suggest viewing the opening act. If you're happy with your spot, stay. Move if you're not.

  8. I've done RED zone a few times. Its not GA, you won't need to arrive super early. Its why you buy the RED zone, guaranteed great spot & proceeds go to charity. Personally I go about an hour before they schedule the RED zone to be banded. I can't remember the time. You'll get an email with details. You will find couple of people who go earlier. Many don't. Most will arrive in time to walk in. If you feel the need to line up super early, do GA. Ive always enjoyed my experience. There isnt a bad spot. Beware of people trying to creep into your good spot, especially if you make it to the rail spot. You won't get it a lot in RED zone but there's always the one in the crowd... Talk with people around you. It makes for an even better experience & then you've just made a friend who will help you out with watching each other's spots for bathroom breaks or etc. In the past we were able to move freely into the GA. I would think that is the same here. Ask the RED zone people when you arrived at the stadium to be sure.
  9. The GA for Vancouver sounded nuts... I have GA for a different date (not Seattle) & am hoping that starts going more smoothly or I'm considering buying a seat or RED zone again if I can get it...
  10. It wont cancel for rain. It's Seattle. ? Centurylink has a retractable roof. That said, I think they'll keep it open unless it gets too bad. Suggestion, wear a raincoat with a hood. Also that stadium can get a little chilly when the sun goes down.
  11. Ok Im bowing out of this live thread...spoilers. I'm seeing U2 Sunday!! ?? Enjoy all! So wish I was there!
  12. I'm going to be spending so much $ on merch...wow, cool stuff. Hoping they're doing merch stans outside the stadiums for all of the dates so we can get our stuff ahead of time. That works out really well.
  13. Whyyyyy are they lining up for RED zone so early... Although if memory serves me right the last time I did RED zone there were about 4 or 5 people who lined up starting at Noon then the rest waited until about an hour before the RED zone opened.
  14. Gone... Ah well. I'm really not able to make a trip to Vancouver this time around. They have been dropping Vancouver tix daily I believe for those who are looking.
  15. No, they let GA go first then RED zone a few minutes later
  16. It definitely will during certain portions of the show. I'm actually looking forward to hearing what he/they have to say. I'm just not sure twitter is a good place to communicate anything effectively. Trump is not your typical President he's a reality show twitter troll who's easily offended & will completely shut out anyone whom he doesn't like or sees as offensive. Bono, from a humanitarian standpoint, would & I'm sure is keeping this in mind.
  17. I hate twitter. It contains far too much hatred & negativity already. With that in mind... Personally,I'm not sure trolling Trump on twitter would be a good move. Someone wise once said don't become a monster in order to defeat a monster. I'm not sure Bono or any of the band members are all that fond of twitter anyway. From my understanding, they are mainly on Instagram & the rest gets communicated for them. I'd like the idea of them sharing YouTube videos of what Bono says like they've done before.
  18. If you're expecting perfection, stay home & listen to the album. His voice and he as a person has changed through the years. It happens to everyone. Expecting him or anyone to remain exactly the same or completely perfect every time is unreasonable. They've been around 40 years....yes, they've evolved through the years. I still enjoy the way he sings, even more so live. I think he actually sounds better live. He still has a great voice albeit different but still enjoyable. I'm looking forward to seeing them.
  19. I've had this happen to me. You'll be fine. Contact Ticketmaster &/or the venue and let them know. They'll get you sorted out.
  20. I would say it depends on what's of more value to you. Seeing multiple shows or one show where you'll be able to basically walk up at around doors open & get a fantastic GA spot without much waiting. I've done RED zone a few times. Personally I love it & have always had a fantastic time. I don't think there's a wrong choice here. I think you'd just need to decide what you want.
  21. Lol! I think many just find a way to make it & save money. Concerts are my thing. Some women go shopping for stuff. Me, I go to concerts. I'm doing two shows & would have done potentially one more but held back due to I'm having to be more budget conscious right now. Although I am lucky that I will only have to travel to one of the two shows I'm catching.
