Presale questions for new dates Sept / Oct 2017 (merged)
cerulean replied to mike_bain's topic in Presale Area
If you call them again, try asking for section GAFLR. I think these are somehow not connecting with GA on TM for St Louis. . -

I can access the regular Red Hill tickets but not the VIP. There are still GA for all shows except St Louis which isn't showing any for some reason. I doubt it's sold out. -

I got GA for St Louis. I cannot pull up the VIP tix though. -
So... has anyone won the backstage tour drawing?

I think I saw you with Emma! Which magic moment were they referring to? -
I got two identical emails, one 9 days and one 4 days before the show.

I'm taking the 146 bus which stops at the north side of Soldier Field. Will probably walk home afterwards unless the bus line is relatively short. The 146 runs on Michigan Ave north of the river and on State Street south of the river through the Loop.

There's one line for GA and that's where they go in.

This was in the Red Zone email: "Please be aware, the venue enforces a STRICT BAG POLICY. Permitted items include: bags that are clear plastic, and do not exceed 12”x12”x12”, one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags, clutch bags that size of a hand with or without a handle or strap. Bags may also be inspected upon entry."

There are bathrooms in the smaller parking garage by the GA line and by the parking ramp on the north side. They might have porta-potties set up also. From the Soldier Field website: GA Floor Entry The North Parking Garage will open at 6:00AM for fans. GA Floor ticket holders may begin lining up at 6:00AM south of Gate 0 on the south side of the Waldron Tunnel. Overnight queuing is not permitted. Red Zone ticket holder entrance is Gate 4. All gates will open at 5:00PM. There will most likely be someone around with the GA list a day or two before the shows. There always is.

Usually not until the tour starts.

Same presale time for RedHill & Wires for added shows--? Mods?
cerulean replied to mike7man's topic in Presale Area
The second shows for Chicago and NJ are both showing the Red Hill and Wires presales starting at the same time on TM. Can someone look into this? -
Some tix are resellable through TM--differs by venue? Info?
cerulean replied to mike7man's topic in Presale Area
The sell button never worked for cc entry tickets on the i+e tour. I think it's there because for those shows you could sell seats in other sections. -
Sorry, no tickets from venue currently........ (MERGED)

I pulled Seattle GAs from TM just now. -
Insurance probably requires some kind of documentation.

I got at least 2 renewal reminders before my membership expired. -
I had to try for about 10 minutes before I could pull RZ.

Tour T Shirts
cerulean replied to rwebb's topic in U2 iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE Tour 2015 (archived, read only)
They did them for Chicago and Boston also, but those shirts were not that attractive. LA didn't have any. All the city specific shirts are limited and only sold in the venue. -
The Cup was at two concerts on Friday (Mumford & Sons and Dierks Bentley) so maybe it will show up for U2. The U2 shows will even be at the very same place the Hawks won it.

Options for paying the bus fare: * $2.25 cash. Driver does not have change. You can also pay with a contactless credit/debit card (they cannot run the magnetic strip). NO TRANSFERS with cash. * If you need a transfer to the El (subway) or another bus line, get a disposable one ride ticket BEFORE you go to the show from the machines at any El station. This will be $3 and includes 2 more transfers within 2 hours of the first ride. Buses do not sell these. * The cheapest option is if you have the CTA's plastic Ventra card (also available at el stations), but this may not be a great option for tourists as they charge a $5 fee to buy the card (refundable in account after registration) and there might be dormancy fees. It could be worth it though if you're planning on going to several shows using the bus or are using it for more than one person. Bus fare on the card is $2 or the el is $2.25, plus 2 transfers within 2 hours are $.25. http://www.transitchicago.com/riding_cta/how_to_guides/buyingfare.aspx

The original red zone was always by the e stage though, so they didn't move anything else in the final setup.

VIP Package

That is really cool. Is it yours? I love the copies of the old backstage passes! -
On the Vertigo tour the lot on the south side of the arena opened around 10 am. No in and out privileges though.
