  2. Keep pushing it with TM. Have in hand every proof of purchase. Take times of when you call and/or send and receive answers via email/their website. If possible take names of the TM reps... Also, please keep us updated on how this develops, either here on the board or via PM to us (preferably both)... good luck!

  6. I hope that there's some clarity on this before the public onsales start. Otherwise, fans are in a tough spot, not knowing if they can trade their presale tickets if something better shows up in the public onsale. Still working on that, but unfortunately we can't say for certain when and how... patience, please...

  11. Thanks - actually it doesn't. My GA tickets say "U2.com red hill group presale" but the Redzone tickets only say "(red) zone package"...interesting - perhaps a mod can chime in on this? Limit is 4 tickets... also, from the U2.com presale email, relevant part in bold:

But, please correct me if I'm wrong about GA peeps entering before reserved and reserved not being allowed to enter when GA enters...? that's how it has worked before... but while we can expect it will be the same this time, we must need to wait until the tour starts to see how it will work - also, we need to take in account that different venues have different guidelines...
  14. Mate, You seem to have missed the bit where they weren't sending renewal emails and numerous people have stated such. I won't even go into your pompous, entitled, judgmental response. But you did miss the point, mentioned frequently, where this wasn't an issue in prior presales, But oh yea, you weren't buying tickets during those. Again, no worries here. I got my tickets, as I'm sure others also figured out a way. The true point is to restore what should be a seniority based membership platform, as was the case apparently until 25 December of 2016. The Vertigo tour was your first gig? So there it is, you were one of the "so-called U2 fans" that Larry Mullen Jr. mentioned at the time. Enough said. Let's hope Larry steps up again in 2017. Emails were sent... Actually, emails are always sent. And not only that: the site notifies you that your subscription is about to end when you log in closer to your subscription expiration date... It's true that glitches happen and in some cases emails could get lost... Having this in mind, it means you have to keep checking periodically the site... also... sorry, but there are not "so-called U2 fans" or "real fans" around here. There are U2 fans, with different experience and points of view, but it's just that. Please keep the discussion civil. Thanks.
