I'd be totally down with that, especially since my two friends that I would want to go with have memberships too. I think that people who have one of these should get something extra special. Just kidding, sorta..... I had always hoped that that metal card would be good for something.

I have been wondering this too. I'm trying to buy 2 tickets for one show tomorrow and hubby will be trying to buy 3 for another. We will be using separate credit cards but obviously will have the same billing address. I don't want to jeopardize losing all of our tickets if it's a 4 ticket limit, period. They certainly have not made this easy if you want to take several people in your family.

Yeah, it's a very interesting stage. My theory is (and it's just that, my crazy idea that I came up with) that Larry's drum riser will rotate like it did last tour and that the stage will be like some crazy huge conveyor belt and the band will move up and down it and everyone gets a more intimate experience.

Well said, Swanny! I had a miserable experience yesterday morning, but finally got tickets after 1 1/2 hours, but I'm not blaming U2.com or the Moderators. The poor moderators have been put through the wringer the last couple of days about things that they have no control over. They all deserve a big THANK YOU and probably a few hard alcoholic drinks!

There are presale tickets still available, just the expensive ones. Like Bigwave said in another thread, this is the 2nd day of presales and GA tickets are always the first to go. If you don't want the more expensive seats, then hope for the best in the Public sale on Monday.

My comment was not aimed at you. That is your opinion about the site. I spend my $40 every year because I quite enjoy the subscription gift and it's worth it for that and hanging with my friends in here.

Why cause its too much to ask for a service fit for purpose? Oh no, it's absolutely fine to ask for that. Gets busy in here at ticket time - but certain users are rubbishing the site, generally those who rarely visit the site - hardly fair. The world is so wanting. That was my point, and not aimed at any individual, just a view of what I've been reading over the past 48hrs. Some users with 2 posts think 'THIS SITE IS A JOKE!' - deary me. lol And some people who just joined yesterday think they should have front row. deary me too.....

Exactly. Where I live in the US is a 12 hour drive to the nearest show (Chicago). Sadly they are not going to please everyone and they can't go everywhere. I'm going to see them at Madison Square Garden....because I started saving the day I got back from my last show on the 360 tour.

Husband is refusing to go with me! Is that grounds for divorce?! Kinda glad hubby's not going with me. More drooling over Larry.

Nowhere does it say that the code is good for GA, it says 2 tickets, but not specific price points or seats. That's the risk you take.

Maybe they are also trying to prevent certain die hard fans from dominating the shows. There are several that I know of that went to 20+ shows last tour and ended up front row at a lot of those.

I get it. I had to choose between my husband and my best friend (best friend won b/c we have done all the shows together) and my daughter wants to go and I couldn't make it happen unless we can get a couple of tickets during the public sale Monday.
